We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our busy and energetic Financial Service Team based at our Auckland office.
The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide excellent service to commercial and key clients
- Accurately and efficiently process their currency exchange transactions
- Provide accurate quotation to clients and process their exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Record and execute clients’ buy and sell orders in foreign exchange and forwards
- Relay trade information to clients such as the number of forward contracts bought and sold and the price
- Calculate and monitor costs of transactions
- Obtain & analyze market conditions
- Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential clients, and help the team to meet the targets
- Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints professionally
- Make suggestions, where appropriate, as to possible improvements to any services or products provided by the company
- Keep the company informed of the activities of any competitors of which you become aware of
- Provide an excellent example to other team members
- Assist in creating a very successful team with high morale in a high pressure environment
- Prepare regular reports on the sales activities and other reports that may be necessary
- Complete any other reasonable tasks that your supervisor or the management asks of you
Ideal candidates should come with:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or customer relationship management position; experience in financial service company a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, numerate and accurate
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and work ethics
- Good team player and high degree of responsibility
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin; Speaking Cantonese is a plus, but it is not essential
- Good at Microsoft Office
