Our client works towards the production, sale and distribution of many of New Zealand’s most popular food brands. They focus on ensuring that they fulfill all their customer’s needs and provide high quality products. 

At present we require staff who can work well in a fast paced production environment at their Dunedin branch.  Several Shifts with different starting times are available.

Your Main Responsibilities May Include:

• Operating Computer Based Machinery To Key In Orders

• Stacking Products Onto trays For Distribution

• Heavy Lifting

• Working Well Within A Team

• Keeping Up Standards Of Cleanliness And Hygiene 

To be successful you will need to have previous experience working in a production environment and have good computer, numeric and literacy skills.  As the work involves heavy lifting, you must be physically fit and capable.   A food safety course could be an advantage. Due to working in a food environment, strict hygiene is essential, Jewellery cannot be worn at work and piercings etc must be removed while at work.  This company works on shifts and they involve working up to 10 -12 hours so you must have your own transport and have flexibility with work hours.
