Class 5 Driver Nelson

We are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Class 5 Driver to join T&G based at our Nelson site.

This is a varied role, made up of mostly Metro work but with some Linehaul, mostly dayshift but you will need to be flexible and willing to do other shifts to cover leave.

We want to talk with Class 5 Drivers who can provide good customer service, deliver the goods to our customers safely and manage the unloading and loading process.

You will need:

• A minimum 2 years Class 5 driving experience
• Licence Classes 1-5, "F" endorsement and a current OSH certified fork hoist licence
• Experience in fork hoist driving with confidence in loading and unloading trucks
• Good communication skills and strong customer service focus
• High attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow process
• To be physically fit and be able to lift up to 25kgs
• Health & Safety and Road Safety conscious and compliant
• Previous produce handling experience (preferred not essential)
• To be passionate about delivering fast & highly quality service!
