The Company:
Our company is a well-known Brand and Market Leader known for its superior engineered products connected to a building. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and driven Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects involving establishing the budget, liaising with clients, and assisting in functions within all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Scope Projects/Installs
- Responsible for Variation of Orders as agreed
- Coordinate logistical requirements and equipment on projects/installs
- Liaise with the following in coordinating projects:
- Service Manager for all service /subcontractors/ trades requirements
- Sales Team for projects work
- Client / main contractor directly to coordinate works and goods to the site - Ensure compliance to Health & Safety requirements for all installs
- Ensure required documentations are completed
- Escalate issues in timely manner
- Be the brand and customer service ambassador for the Company
To succeed in this role, ideally:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Service, building or construction industry as Project Coordinator a must
- Good attention to details and able to interpret drawings and installs/projects
- Produce reports, invoices and information to standard as required
- Highly organised individual with effective time management, and superior service
- Travel is required
