Unusually in the current financial services climate, this well known international bank has a global mandate for growth. The key financial objectives of this role include revenue growth and retention as well as query resolution turn around time.
It’s a strongly performing local team, ranking highly across this bank’s international sites.
The Role
- You will be as a senior service sponsor to supporting the bank’s most significant clients
- Support the Head of Transaction Banking to ensure the performance objectives of the business are achieved
- Work beyond the scope of the Service function, to support sales, product, operations and the rest of Client Management to deliver the strategic objectives of the business
- Communicate with stakeholders at a regional/global level; ensure effective internal and external communication and sharing of such projects
- Serve as liaison between Client Service and other project stakeholders.
About You
- A strong sales background in financial services and ability to coach and mentor the team
- The bank is willing to provide management training and support for the right person
- Ideally you have been heavily involved in the implementation of technical client solutions previously
- A transactional banking background is advantageous
