We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor who has experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and processes, understands the exact requirements of customers with respect to food safety (HACCP), export requirements and manufacturing standards.

You will be maintaining and improving systems, ISO documentation, supplier audits, dealing with customer complaints including investigations and coaching technical and quality initiatives.

Experience with International Audit standards would be advantageous.
We envisage your qualifications, experience and competencies to be;

• A relevant Tertiary qualification in Quality Management or similar
• To lead the site’s Quality performance & culture
• HACCP awareness and food safety standards
• Build & establish best-practise quality control processes, methodologies & tools
• Ensure effective Quality Systems comply with company/operations, customer, supplier, regulatory body & export agency requirements; manage the audit programme
• Ensure effective relationships with all site teams, suppliers and customers to ensure Quality standards & assist improvements to process, products & services
• Mitigate risk in all Quality activities by leveraging & adhering to the safety management system
