Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing, inventory management and forecasting
- Working with the business’s team and suppliers based in China
- Reviewing and advising on customer orders as well as following up the order arrival and invoicing process
- Liaising with suppliers and customer service on shipment arrivals, costs and any shipment issues
- Ensuring new products are accurately set up in SAP and that other material records are accurately maintained
Profile
You Will:
- Have a background in supply chain, purchasing or planning
- Have strong Mandarin and English language skills as well as the ability to work with a number of different cultures
- Be strong with systems, and have meticulous attention to detail
- Be a quick learner who is able to get up to speed with new processes and system, a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a team environment
- Be friendly, work on building relationships and looking for a role where you can stay long term
