THE ROLE:
CARTERS Queenstown is seeking a motivated team player to join their dynamic team, known for its commitment to service and local community. Business is booming and the team need another loyal go-getter to keep up the pace. As a Customer Service Representative in our Yard, you'll be expected to provide service and support to our trade customers. Your initiative will shine here, as will your willingness to lend a hand - but mostly, you enjoy variety and the potential to learn. You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:
- Provide timely service to customers
- Identify products quickly and efficiently
- Unload product deliveries on site
- Assemble and load customer orders
- Process sales documentation
- Maintaining store / yard stock levels & product displays
YOU WILL NEED:
- A natural desire to build rapport
- An approachable and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of computer systems & basic operating skills
- Be physically fit for occasional heavy lifting
- Forklift and Class 2 licence endorsements
