A typical week for the Production Team Coordinator could include things like:
- Training and supervision of 20+ production staff
- Ensuring all products meet GMP quality standards
- Driving achievement of the weekly production plan
- Improving SOPs and documenting any changes
- Ensuring staff work in a safe manner, especially around machines
A typical week for the Logistics Team Coordinator could include things like:
- Training and supervision of 7 warehouse/internal logistics staff
- Ensuring raw materials inventory is supplied to production in a timely fashion
- Operating a forklift and/or a Jiffy pallet truck
- Ensuring H&S compliance with staff
The right sorts of people will most likely have the following:
- Leadership experience in a food, dairy, packaging, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
- An assertive mind-set and natural self-confidence
- A familiarity with Microsoft Office software
