About the company:
This successful International Freight Forwarder boasts a large global network, impressive facilities and have a service offering across all aspects of Logistics.  

The role:
Liaising with clients, airlines, transport companies, customs and overseas offices to coordinate the end to end process of exporting customers dry goods.

Duties:

• Customer service, liaising with clients and coordinating bookings with Airlines
• Processing and issuing all export airfreight documentation
• Pre-alerting destination stations
• Completing all measurements for tracking purposes

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in Export Airfreight operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• IATA certified - preferred
• Customs Pin - preferred but not essential 
• Flexibility
