About the role
Reporting into the Logistics Manager, this role is based out of our East Tamaki Warehouse. Your duties and responsibilities lie in the procurement functional area, which includes receiving stated requirements for consigned materials, ordering of the materials, receipting for payment and record keeping and administration.
About you
- Proven experience to work successfully within a fast-paced environment and ability to undertake multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in raising purchase orders and receipting
- Demonstrate high resilience with strong internal stakeholder management skills with a focus also on customer delivery
- Experience within a logistics function at a coordinator level is preferable but not essential
