Our Opportunity

The 3PL and Inventory Manager is a newly created position, reporting to the National Warehouse Manager. The 3PL and Inventory Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and policy, processes and procedures to achieve and improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock write-offs across the GFNZ business. The manager will manage all 3PL contracts and is responsible for building the right 3PL partnership throughout New Zealand.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Provide inventory leadership
  • Ensure good Inventory governance and audit process
  • Ensure 3PL`s adheres to KPI targets
  • 3PL contract management
  • Leads the management of Health, Safety & Environment in the workplace.
  • Builds good relationship with internal and external stakeholders

About You

To be successful in your application, you will have:

  • Inventory management experience required
  • Broad exposure to Logistics and Supply Chain processes
  • SAP experience (desired)
  • Warehouse management experience
  • People management skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management desired
  • Fantastic relationship building skills
