Firstflex Cables is a family owned NZ company based in Takanini, supplying electrical cable and components to the electrical industry. We value progressing our employees and having a good time whilst doing it.

Due to changes in our staff structure we are looking for a hard working individual who has a great work ethic and can communicate extremely well in a team environment. We have a fantastic warehouse team and we are looking for someone who will fit in with the guys add value to the team.

Duties Include:

• Inwards/outwards goods
• Fork hoist/reach truck driving
• Stock control.
• Picking and packing of orders
• Meeting deadlines for truck and courier pickups
• Contributing positively to the warehouse team

To be considered for this role, you will have the following;

• Current Forklift (Reach) Licence
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent punctuality and past attendance record
• A stable work history with good references is a must
• Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting (20+ kgs)
• Honest, reliable and use your initiative
• Willingness to learn and a desire to broaden your skills

This is a full time role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
