About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Originate new business opportunities across Corporate New Zealand
- Work with Commercial & Agri relationship managers and product partners to secure new & high-value business
- Consider, critically analyse and articulate to internal stakeholders, complex credit scenarios and capital allocation
- Lead corporate relationships across the C&A business
- Engage Regional Managers, General Managers and Credit Managers to ensure all possible corporate opportunities are considered and escalated in accepted format
- Understand existing customer relationship strategies and support them through bank products/services

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Minimum of 7 years post university work experience in related area (e.g. Banking, CA)
- Financial modelling and excel skills to intermediate level
- Excellent Credit Analysis and Debt Structuring experience in NZ and International Bank environments
- Tertiary qualifications to degree level. CA or CFA – preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and influencing skills
