Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for managing the safe, efficient and accurate movement and release of stock out of the Warehouse, ensuring compliance guidelines are adhered to and appropriate paperwork is completed in full. You will be focused on “Quality First” approach and have an absolute commitment to “accuracy” and “service excellence”.
Duties
Your duties include:
- making sure all orders are picked and dispatched on time
- following up on all customer requirements
- ensuring all paperwork is produced accurately and in a timely manner
- coordinating with freight carriers
- all other Warehouse duties to ensure the customer requirements are met
Skills & Experience
For you to be effective in this role, you will have:
- outstanding customer services skills
- used systems, ideally AX dynamics and/or WMS
- excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- the ability to work as part of a team
- outstanding organizational skills to deliver on tight deadlines
- good problem-solving skills and you are able to show initiative
This is a 7-day operation and you will be required to work every other weekend for a few hours.
