About the role
This position is a key role in the NZ Customer Service/Operations Team. Reporting to the Team Leader, your focus is to provide excellent service to our busy customer base in public & private hospitals. You will be responsible for organising medical equipment that goes out on loan to our clients. On-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build checklists that match customer requirements
- Source daily loan set booking requirements to available inventory
- Confirm, monitor and follow up all Loan Set bookings
- Pick, ship and return loan sets
- Processing orders, invoicing, data entry and entering bookings
- Track and replenish inventory
- Participate in cycle counting activities
- Support and promote developments of manual and system processes
About You
- You may come from a medical background with similar experience or a seasoned professional in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Previous experience using ERP systems and SAP
- RF Scanning and barcoding experience will be advantagous
- Process driven, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
- Computer savvy
Note this role also requires manual handling of up to 14 kilograms within a logistics environment.
