About you
You'll be a natural leader with staff management experience. You'll be responsible for managing the Hardware, Components and Inward Goods team. You'll ensure that quality and service levels can be maintained and improved as these departments grow. You'll continue to drive improvement wherever possible to deliver excellent service to our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role on the production line, so you will need to be physically fit as well as having production and quality experience. You'll be working in a team environment ensuring the team follows a high level of safety standards and procedures. Outstanding communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
What will you be doing
- Coaching Team Leaders and making sure they have the relevant information for problem solving and team leadership.
- Working with Warehouse Managers on implementing the team meet KPI's.
- Reviewing NCP's and addressing all issues that impact on service and quality.
- Managing workloads and department resources to meet customer demands and expectations.
- Working with HR and Warehouse management to establish and maintain workforce needs.
- Leading by example to ensure your own safety and that of your own team.
