Worthy Fabrics has a dynamic history of more than 40 years in the International Asia and Pacific Island market. We design, manufacture and ship textiles to over 16 counties.

As a result of growth, we are looking for a proactive customer service manager to join the team. If you pride yourself in committing to excellence; you enjoy a fast-paced and varied role with small boutique working environment then this is for you.

What will you be doing

  • Lead, train and mentor a small team of customer service staff 
  • Track and analyse metrics for team development and monitor goals/targets
  • Create and manage policies and procedures for customer relations and online services 
  • Service and feedback communication with the local and overseas customer base
  • Analyse customer feedback and find correlations with respective buying trends and preferences
  • Understand buying patterns to plan marketing strategy with the team 
  • Plan and manage online order volumes through marketing campaigns
  • Generate sales and product KPI’s for cross teams 
  • Liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Work with other organisational departments

What you will need to bring with you

  • Demonstrate experience in the customer service space
  • Relevant management and team experience
  • Demonstrate proven people leadership experience with a focus on delivering results
  • Understanding of general nature of the business operation and look to contribute to improvements of operation.
  • Competent know-how of Microsoft Excel and word. 
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and professional manner
  • Solution-focused with the ability to problem solve
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
