An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Auckland Branch. With over 80 staff and 5 direct reports – this role will require a person with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and develop with direct reports to drive high performance and success in the team.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Major tasks include:
- Drive, monitor and report on the financial position of the branch operations
- Interact with and build relationships with staff that align with ‘OneDSV’ values and behaviours
- Challenge the norm to find innovation and improvement that delivers efficiency and or cost savings – for the business, staff and customers.
Key Competencies to perform the role
- At least 10 years' experience in freight forwarding or similar industry and have extensive knowledge of freight forwarding
- Extensive experience in a senior management role
- Leading large teams
- Sound financial acumen (P&L, budget)
- Knowledge of CargowiseOne & Salesforce would be advantageous.
