We have a Senior Programme Coordinator role available here in our Distribution team within the Sales and Services Group. Essentially this business area looks after a range of business focused projects that focus on growing our digital capacity such as Internet and Mobile Banking or allowing our customers to On-board Digitally.
What's the role about?
In this dynamic role you'll be responsible for the coordination support for programmes, including managing programme and resourcing schedules, ensuring programme executions run smoothly and work with your team to ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met. You will work side by side with our Delivery manger as their eyes and ears, and use your snazzy financials skills, talents with MS Project and Excel while plate spinning, juggling priorities and applying your laser-like attention to detail!
What are we looking for?
- This won't be your first rodeo! You'll have successfully supported multiple projects, be solutions focused and have a great attitude
- You will be confident working with a range of people, including senior leaders and be able to manage expectations effectively
- Your fabulous interpersonal skills will have proven to have contributed well in a team environment and change won't faze you
- You will have experience/ keen interest in working in an agile or in a mixed agile-waterfall delivery environment
