We have an excellent role for a proven analyst who has strong commercial acumen and enjoys applying high level concepts to real data sets, source, collecting and extracting data as well as delivering high quality planning and performance management advice and support. The role analyses data and uses this analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to drive decisions. It also deals with critical current and future NZ economic/fiscal data, with the outputs and assessments providing crucial decision-making information to Boards and Executive management.

Ideally our client is seeking an experienced analyst (finance or economics based), with proven skills working with large data sets, applying commercial ideas and concepts. You must have excellent written and verbal communication. Exposure to developing planning (strategic/business) would be advantageous. Quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent relationship management skills are a must as you will work across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
