We have a fantastic Customer Service position available in Mount Maunganui, supporting a small close knit Tauranga Roofing Division. If you possess a drive to succeed in frontline and over the phone sales coupled with experience in a sales environment and possess a real interest in the building or metal sectors- then keep reading!

You will have the following attributes/skills:-

• Excellent work ethic.
• An enthusiastic, customer focused and articulate person
• Honesty and Integrity.
• Communication skills - verbal and written.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have the ability to effectively and efficiently provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
• Proven experience in customer services environment is essential.
• Preferably some form of industry experience and knowledge but not essential.
• Sound Computer literacy

Key Tasks of the role:

• Daily contact with customers to ascertain their product supply, service and delivery needs.
• Quote Management.
• Database Management.
• Receiving and processing orders through Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Ensure stock issues are communicated to appropriate appears.
• Calls are responded to efficiently and in a professional manner.
• General Administration Activities, (Processing Purchase orders, Supplier and Freight invoicing)
