We are seeking an energetic Production Coordinator to join our Cheese & Liquids team at our manufacturing site in Waharoa, near Matamata, in a fixed term role to cover maternity leave.
Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day plant administrative activities. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Preparation of plant reports
- Purchasing of plant consumables, ingredients and Invoice management
- Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers
- Stock management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- A high level of competency in Microsoft word & excel
- Process / system administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive can do attitude
- Be committed to Health & Safety and industry compliance
