The quality of our expertise, service and reliability has resulted in us enjoying rapid and continual company growth and with an increasing workload across the Auckland region, we are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in East Tamaki, Auckland.  We need you to be the vital link between our business and our customers.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to give customers the best possible service and who can come in and hit the ground running.  

Duties in the role include (but aren't limited to):

  • Allocating and dispatching jobs to our fleet of drivers
  • Monitoring jobs and liaising with drivers, customers and production staff
  • Dispatch allocation and timing
  • Reviewing and monitoring daily work schedules
  • Coordinating jobs and deliveries
  • Resolving delivery problems in a timely manner
  • Maintain and improve costs of internal/external deliveries
  • Dispatch and have paper work ready for drivers
  • Create alignment with manufacturing

To be successful you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in transport scheduling and allocation
  • Full NZ Drivers License and fork hoist license
  • Experience in cost management
  • A strong background in organising trucks to multiple sites
  • Comfortable using various transport providers with various site and delivery requirements from booked crane times to wide/long loads
  • Great communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding Customer Service experience
  • Be computer literate
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Can do, willing and flexible attitude
