About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- sales and administrative support of Property Finance Partner/s
- financial modelling, credit writing, and review of commercial property development and investment
- proactive with identifying credit risks and mitigants over a wide range of lending transactions
- proactively assist in building relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to leverage business opportunities and reinforce the property finance brand within the Auckland region.
About you
What we are looking for:
- Credit writing and financial modelling skills are preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Tertiary qualified in finance, business or a related discipline
- Experience in the Property Finance industry is desirable, but not essential
To succeed in this role you'll be a proactive, enthusiastic team player with a strong desire to succeed, a customer focused attitude and a talent for building long-term relationships.
