Due to an increase in their business, Adecco is excited to assist Tuapeka Gold Print in sourcing an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Operator to join their growing business.
This exciting and rare opportunity is for an immediate start. As a Digital Print Operator your main role involves setup, operation and maintenance of a variety of digital printing equipment including but not limited to flatbed UV, roll fed digital printing machines and laser engravers. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years commercial digital print experience. Training is provided in the operation of specialised machinery. Graphic design skills are essential so advanced knowledge of software such as Illustrator and Corel Draw is an advantage
Key Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Setup, operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment
- Performing pre-press procedures and preparing artwork ready for printing as well as operating RIP software and performing colour correction
- A strong focus on achieving production goals and meeting production schedules whilst meeting performance standards
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment and being capable of adapting to changes in the work environment
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience or training in Multi-head Embroidery Operations
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Honest and reliable with a great work ethic
- At least two recent work related referees
