Wanted – Warehouse Storeperson – Full Time
Malcolm Total Logistics are a 3PL Logistics and Warehousing provider, and operate Monday to Friday from modern facilities located in the Airport Oaks, Auckland.
We are seeking to employ a Storeperson for our busy warehouse to assist our inwards goods team. It is expected candidate will be able to assist in other areas of our operation when required.
The successful applicant will have a good work history, a minimum of two references that can attest to your good work ethic, and must meet the following criteria,
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a fast paced 3 PL warehouse environment including pick & pack, inwards goods, and container devanning / loading.
- Physically fit – (some heavy lifting involved)
- Hard working and self motivated – must be able to prioritise workload
- Good eye for detail and accurate with figures and documentation
- Flexibility – able to assist in other departments if required
- Computer and RF scanner literate
- Excellent presentation & tidy appearance, punctual to work and good attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have forklift experience - Bendi Hoist experience an advantage
- Safety conscious and willing to contribute to Health & Safety initiatives
- Own transport & minimum restricted licence, full licence preferred
- Clean Ministry of Justice security check and Pre employment drug test are requirements for this position
- Applicants must have NZ residency
Only persons meeting the above criteria will be considered for this position.
Standard hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with occasional overtime on an as required basis.
A start rate appropriate to experience will be offered.
