Fresh Connection are a national produce processing and distribution business supplying to the food service sector.
About the role
The Branch Manager role will be accountable for P&L, HR and sales growth of the branch with direct reports being our Operations Manager and Administration Manager. Sales growth and customer retention will make up a key part of the role and a proven ability to form close and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers will be critical for success. Being a fresh business the role will require someone who can make fast, well informed decisions and have the ability to lead and develop agile and high performance teams. Due to the 24/7 nature of the business a high level of planning, structure and flexibility will be required. We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to manage a business unit to deliver a high degree of customer service, staff engagement and profitability.
