A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Driver/Warehouse person to join our Sydenham team.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will have the passion and initiative for ensuring our customers get the right product and experience an exceptional level of service every time they deal with Ideal.

It’s a varied and busy role where you will work across all aspects of the branch where you can truly make an impact – a challenge is to plan, prioritise then act to deliver to our customers at many levels.  Servicing the customer is one important aspect – getting to know them is another - by understanding their issues and then delivering great solutions to help our customers.

We are a focused team dedicated to growing the business – you will ensure all stock are maintained and delivered in an efficient manner to our customers and available in line with the branch and customer requirements, ensure customer orders are packed and processed on time including organising any returns / credits, as well as maintaining the warehouse in high standard by keeping it cleaned and tidy while adhering to health and safety standards.

You must hold a current Class 2 and clean NZ drivers licence, you will also be an outstanding team player, have intermediate computer proficiency, excellent communication and organisational skills.  What we can offer in return, in addition to our excellent benefit package (salary, medical cover, subsidised holiday homes etc) is an excellent career opportunity.
