About the role;
Our client focuses on delivering high-volume, fully customised products to their prestigious clientele across Australia and New Zealand. This is a technical machine operations position that will challenge you every day. You will be working in a tough environment, working long shift hours, you will utilise your problem solving skills, you will be respected for your ability to exceed production targets and you will be required to be technically and mechanically minded. Your main responsibilities would be, but not limited to:
- Machine Operations
- Meeting targets which include DIFOT
- Exceeding quality standards
- Working in a team, covering for each other
- Assisting with minor repairs on your machine
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes;
- Outstanding English abilities - you will be working in a loud area so communication is key
- Mechanically minded and hands on
- Able to working "between" the hours 5am - 4pm
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to work in high pressure production environment
