Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the effective management of the branch ensuring it achieves its financial objectives by meeting sales, marketing and service targets through proactive leadership, management and the development of staff.
Your people management ability is your strength. You will have past success in developing and coaching staff, fostering successful team environments where individuals feel they belong and are motivated to drive sales and provide the best customer service in the market. Maintaining existing relationships to retain business is vital in this position, as will be your ability to cultivate new opportunities for the Bank.
