About the role

We have an exciting opportunity in our Markets Operations team, perfect if you are looking to apply and broaden your knowledge and skill base in the Markets Operations area. BNZ's Markets Operations have been recognised as a leading provider in the settlement of high value corporate and interbank payments, having been number one in the Peter Lee customer surveys for the past eight years! This exciting role is based in Wellington.

Key accountabilities include the following:

• Ensure client instructions are executed accurately, on correct value date and in market time frames
• Provide exceptional service and communication to all internal and external customers
• Accurate reporting to our markets, product control and risk partners

About you:

• Ideally you'll either be tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or have had previous experience in Domestic Payments
• You will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player with an ability to work under pressure
• You will have the ability to work flexibly and supportively with colleagues across business units
