Chempro NZ is a rapidly expanding dangerous goods 3pl provider throughout NZ. We are continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity throughout all of our sites.
We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our team at our Wiri site locations. As the site manager you will be responsible for staff and operations management, workplace health and safety, and the required accreditation and licensing of the facilities.
You will be driven to build a strong work culture, improve procedures, implement ongoing staff training and provide goals and career progression for your staff.
This position will provide an opportunity for further self development and career progression for the successful candidate.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- At least one year of previous relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- An ability to understand and improve on 3pl procedures.
- A clear understanding of current health and safety legislation.
- Inventory management experience.
- A sound knowledge of HR responsibilities and procedures.
- Experience working with Dangerous Goods an advantage
