It is essential you can provide demonstrable evidence of the following:
- Ideally 18 months to 2 years Corporate Finance/M&A Experience
- Support the Origination team
- A superior academic record that includes finance, economics, law and/or mathematics
- Well developed analytical, valuation, research and financial modelling skills
- A high standard of written and oral communication and confidence in pitching and presenting to clients.
