Our client, a leading public-sector entity is looking for an operational performance specialist. The successful candidate will partner with the business, and with its assistance develop and create a range of relevant operational performance indicators. You will then be tasked with carrying out analysis of the outcomes of these indicators and how they report against the organisation’s performance reporting framework.
This role sits within the finance team and will work alongside the Financial Business Partners as they engage with business units across the organisation. This role will require someone with fantastic stakeholder engagement skills, very strong analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to summarise complex subject-matter and present these to varied audiences.
