Supply Chain Solutions is a privately owned New Zealand company based near Auckland Airport. We're proudly a family owned and operated business for over 17 years.
We are a contract warehousing company that also offers solutions for organisations who need assistance with their Supply Chain Model.
- Logistics: 3PL, 4PL, Global & Domestic Freight Forwarding
- Information Technology: WMS, EDI, ERP, PaT (LMS)

Job tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for a new Warehouse Manager for one of our 4 busy sites in Mangere.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- oversee the management of warehouse operations: direct, co-ordinate, supervise and achieve service objectives with regard to day-to-day operations within their designated warehouse team (25+ full time staff)
- ensure that tasks are completed proactively in the safest and most efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures
- work across multiple operational functions including local and overseas receiving (inbound), stock and inventory control
- systems & adminmanagement
- despatch and delivery scheduling (outbound), pallet control and staff scheduling
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role you will have:
- good people and team leadership skills
- high organisational skills and able to self-manage and take initiative, as well as seek assistance where required
- a friendly, professional and a positive attitude you can maintain across your working relationships
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus good administrative skills and attention to detail
- NZ Residency or Citizenship
