Seeking an experienced analyst with a genuine desire to move into Marketing. Someone who will challenge leadership on the norm, add value, ask questions and have the commercial ability to achieve and work in a highly creative environment.

What we are looking for:

• A Finance person who has a genuine interest and desire to be in Marketing
• Hold a Professional Accounting Qualification
• Have at least 5 years commercial experience within a larger organisation
• Solve problems or find opportunities using data analytics
• Be responsible for taking products, offers and initiatives to market
• Have end to end ownership of campaigns and customer communications
• Be accountable for the growth retention metrics and what drives them
• Have worked on project based analytics previously
• Skilled in the interpretation of data and measuring effectiveness
• Critical thinking skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• An eagerness to learn
