Class 5 Driver - Picton

We are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Class 5 Driver to join T&G, based at our at our Picton site.
This role is varied and will include linehaul, domestic driving, loading and unloading truck, forklift driving and general stores & warehouse duties and documentation work.
We are looking for someone who is keen for variety and who has the flexibility to move between tasks as required. You will be involved in operating a heavy type vehicle and safely and effectively assembling, loading and unloading produce, whilst providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
This is a permanent full-time, 6 days per week job with the hours of work being on a rostered basis from Monday to Sunday covering both day and afternoon shifts. Due to the nature of the job, flexibility to work over-time and weekends is required.
Our ideal candidate would have the below attributes and skills:
- A minimum of at least 2 years' Class 5 driving experience
- "F" endorsement and OSH certificate
- Truck loading, unloading and general forklift skills
- Good communication skills and strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail and documentation skills
- Health and Safety conscious and compliant
- Previous produce handling experience is preferred but not essential
- A passion for delivering high quality service
