Our client is a family owned Beverage Manufacturer based in the North West of Auckland, with an excellent reputation in the industry by ensuring their products are of premium quality to maintain customer satisfaction.
Description
Reporting to the Managing Director and serving as a fundamental member of the Leadership Team, the role is accountable for all packaging production, planning, storage management and maintenance. In this newly created role, you will take the lead in setting and communicate the direction of the manufacturing team, executing plans and meeting targets for the function.
Profile
To be successful in this role you will possess proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team. You will have the ability to be effective in a work environment which includes multiple priorities, improving safety and manufacturing output while maintaining a focus on cost reductions.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and 5 - 10 years experience as an operation manager, working with appropriate bottling, packaging and production process is essential. You will have strong analytical skills, lean manufacturing experience and communication ability.
The plant is a 5-day operation across 2 shifts
Job Offer
A salary package of $110,000 - $130,000 + car + bonus will be on offer for the successful candidate.
