We have an exciting, newly created, opportunity in the Logistics Support team for a GM Brands Integration. This role is pivotal in delighting our Brands with excellent service and value through aligned KPIs and collaborative ways of working.
You will report to the Chief Logistics Officer and will have 5 direct reports comprising account management, logistics planning, reporting & insights, and supplier compliance. This team will support the successful delivery of the Brand strategies by working across the Logistics & Fulfilment Centre of Excellence to drive the respective KRAs.
Key objectives:
- Accountable for overall Logistics and Fulfilment delivery for each of the TWG Brand’s KRAs.
- Align and deliver KRAs with all Brands through our new Logistics Centre of Excellence.
- Strategic cross functional alignment and delivery of Brand strategies.
- Logistics Planning – deliver a group wide Logistics Planning capability.
- Stakeholder management – have clear communication and remove roadblocks through positive relationships and by embedding clear governance across TWG.
- Provide reporting & insights to drive operational, service and cost improvements
- Lead, grow and develop your team to high performance outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ideally you will have 10+ years of Logistics/fulfilment experience from within the Retail/Consumer industry.
- We need someone who has been involved in Strategic transformation, and ideally who has lead a functional/business transformation.
- You will have proven people leadership experience, and managing change processes.
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
