This role is with a startup in NZ but a globally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, and drive rigour to execute short term and long term supply acquisition plan basis business plan
2. Work with the Country Manager to plan for new partner acquisition
3. Prepare and adhere to budget for quarter and year, in line with City Budget
4. Grow partners and partner loyalty by deploying and communicating effective Incentive Schemes and partner benefits
5. Proactively track and counter competitor moves by leveraging market research & informal networks
6. Design effective incentive plans with the marketplace team to ensure retention and utilisation
7. Ensure high quality of partners through focused training and review of Ratings
8. Direct, Review and drive team members on key matrices and provide regular feedback
9. Analyse customer feedback and escalations to understand issues and build cross-functional solutions
10. Gather and analyse feedback with partners on ease and fairness of city processes and refine processes accordingly
11. Ensure all Safety Response Team members are well trained on SRT procedures and ensure SRT cases are dealt with promptly and effectively
Requirements:
1. 5 years' Sales and Operations experience in a retail, technology-based company
2. Analytical bent of mind
3. Advanced Excel skills
4. Attitude is key as this is a start-up. Adaptability to change.
