Alexander Dennis NZ Ltd is a well-established and highly regarded company around the globe. ADL manufactures a variety of high quality buses and coaches and recently introduced to the NZ market the first fully electric commuter buses.
A full time position is available to join our fast growing parts team as a driver/store person. This role isn’t about moving boxes around...we are a fast growing parts centre and our store people are responsible for making sure everything flows efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
• having a good sense of humor
• picking and packing
• receiving and dispatching of orders
• controlling of store stock
• loading and offloading of trucks with forklift
• making daily deliveries
• miscellaneous warehouse duties
We are looking for a reliable, diligent hard worker with attention to detail to join our parts team. You will be the type of person that can handle working in a fast pace environment who can follow and complete procedures correctly and in a timely manner.
You will need a clean full driver's license and basic computer skills. The tasks can be physically demanding at times so a good level of fitness is necessary. If you feel that you have what it takes, then we want to hear from you!
A class 2 driving license and a forklift truck license would be an advantage.
