• Manage the day to day dispatches on either Courier or Freight Company
• Assist in the accurate picking, packing and checking of orders for customers including collections and Branch transfers..
• Ensuring goods are packed correctly to ensure safe delivery
• Assist in warehouse processes as required including housekeeping and stock management
• Restocking shelves to ensure they are ready to be picked again
• Assist customer service with enquiries
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Assisting in stock takes as required

Skills and attributes that you will need to be successful in this role:

• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and strives for accuracy.
• Initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Has organised, productive work habits
• Be physically fit, as there will be some heavy lifting.
• Is Punctual.
• Computer literate with English & numerical skills.
• A good sense of humour.
