This organisation distributes consumer durables New Zealand wide. As they continue to grow they are looking to ensure the productivity of the warehouse remains at a standard in-line with KPI's.

This is seen as a pivotal role within the business. In the new structure, you will report directly to the warehouse manager. As such it has direct responsibility for a large team and management of process and KPI.

This is an opportunity to step-up into a real leadership role. To do so you will need the following skills:

- Team leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in a fast paced warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of an ERP/WMS.
- A drive to improve DIFOT.
- Management of inventory and SLOB.
