About the role:

Manage a team of 20 staff
Key focus on reporting on KPI's and Efficiency
Recruitment, induction and performance management
Maintain weekly roster
Make decisions based on budgets and forecast
Health and Safety Representative for the workplace
Reporting to Branch Manager
Monday-Friday, however during the busy season may be required to work the occasional day in the weekend, with a day off mid week

About you:

Must have experience managing similar sized teams
Experience working in a production environment
Analyse and critically assess where efficiency can be improved
Natural ability to lead and to motivate
Firmly enforce Health and Safety policy
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to report accurately and insightfully
Understand the principles of LEAN processes and procedures
Take pride in presentation
Experienced in HR procedures (training and managing staff)
