We are seeking two temporary tellers for a late July start and a three to four month period. Serving 20-25 customers per day, there is the chance to really help your customers, and located in a lovely environment on Quay street in Auckland Central.
The role..
A Monday to Friday teller role at HSBC - some flexibility with hours if required. This is NOT a sales focussed role - we are seeking someone who is highly customer service oriented and happy to help customers with their foreign currency, card issues or internet banking concerns. You will be dealing with a truly international clientele, especially when the cruise ships are in town.
What we are looking for..
- Experience as a teller is essential.
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage but certainly not essential.
- Great customer service ability
- Problem solving skills and staying calm under pressure
