A leadership role within Nuralite, with ownership of the operations and facility management of a fast growing company who are experts in providing great flat roofing products and services. The operation manager is responsible for the management of Nuralite’s operations across New Zealand.
Nuralite operates a centralized logistics warehouse in Auckland and works with third party logistics companies who provide product distribution centers for the rest of New Zealand.
Many of Nuralite’s products are imported from international suppliers, so the ability to optimise inbound and outbound logistics and to liaise with logistics companies, is a key skill requirement.
The Operations Manager leads a team of five employees covering customer service, day to day warehouse operations and the Inbound Logistics team, to ensure customers’ orders are accurately received, processed, actioned and dispatched.
This is a hands-on management role, taking overall day to day ownership for:
• delivering remarkable service customer service,
• safe and efficient organisation and operation of the entire Auckland warehouse site.
• ensuring everyone in the warehouse works to Nuralite’s required standards,
• ensuring that all the parts of the Nuralite business work well together,
• improving the operations of Nuralite.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in an operations management role
• Experience managing inbound and outbound logistics
• Experience managing direct reports
• Good health, able to help with inbound and outbound logistics if required
• Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and weekends if required
