We are supported by our parent SBS Bank (Southland Building Society), who like ourselves, puts people first. We are currently recruiting within our Fraud and Investigations team. So, if you would describe yourself as someone who is naturally inquisitive who enjoys investigating and resolving cases and are up for a challenge, then this position may be up your alley.
Reporting to the Manager of Fraud and Investigations, you will be responsible for delivering effective resolutions in regard to Financial Crimes, AML monitoring and Dispute management. This role will allow you to be challenged with exposure to a variety of different scenarios.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- NZ Financial services experience – ideally within a credit card operations environment
- Proven fraud transactional monitoring, AML and/ or disputes experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations processes
- Proven keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
- An awareness and general understanding of the regulatory bodies and legislation that concern our business
You will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders so your excellent communication skills are required and will be utilized, along with your ability to influence and negotiate.
