Electronics Assembler
Our company is a worldwide leader in a niche lighting market. Due to organic Company growth, we currently have a new position available for an entry level Electronics Assembler.
The role:
You will work in an electronics production environment where you will work as part of a production team assembling on road LED lights, power supplies and other tasks as required in the warehouse. You will need a good eye for detail and to ensure only the highest quality production standards are maintained. Ideally you will have experience within a production environment preferably in electronics.
- Fixed Term Contract (6 months) - with permanent opportunities potentially available for those who prove themselves
- 8am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Some overtime might be required
Job Duties:
- Electronic product assembly and testing
- General factory duties (organising production materials and general maintenance)
- Packaging and preparing goods for export
- Very enthusiastic, reliable, diligent and hardworking
- Have an eye for detail and a real passion for technology
All applicants must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in assembling electronic parts
- Excellent soldering skills (mainly LED soldering)
- Physically fit and capable with most hand tools
- Commitment to quality, health and safety
- Honest, reliable and efficient.
This is an entry level production position, however any electronic schematic, testing and general manufacturing experience will be considered a significant advantage. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
