We have an opportunity available for a Production Supervisor to join our team at the La Bonne Cuisine East Tamaki production site.
Reporting to the LBC Production Manager your primary tasks will be to:
- Organise and oversee production shifts to ensure that output, yield and quality targets are met.
- Lead, motivate and train a team of approximately 25 employees. Increasing to approximately 40 employees in high season.
- Report on daily shift performance
- Maintain safe work practices at all time
- Drive continuous improvement in your area
To be successful in this you will have:
- Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing/packaging environment
- Hands-on leadership skills
- Strong people management skills including motivational, coaching and staff development
- Strong written and oral communication
- High level of computer literacy
